Data is only collected with the explicit consent of the app user, and is used solely to analyse and improve mobile network performance and connectivity.

Our partners collect pseudonymous data only. They are not permitted to collect any information that directly identifies you, including name, email address, phone number, social media ID, or contact list.

All app publishers integrating the NetSignal SDK are required to provide an appropriate privacy notice and obtain user consent before any data collection begins, in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and our Publisher Guidelines.

No names, email addresses, phone numbers, SIM card identifiers, device IMEI, messages or passwords are collected. All data is aggregated and used to benchmark and optimise network service providers globally.
