# Wavebrook

> Wavebrook pays mobile app publishers (Android and iOS) for anonymous mobile network

A publisher integrates the NetSignal SDK into an Android or iOS app. With the user's
consent it measures mobile network quality — signal strength, latency,
approximate location — and Wavebrook pays the publisher monthly for that data.
Buyers are network-analytics companies and mobile operators who use it to see
where coverage is poor.

## What it is not

- Not an ad network. It shows no ads and needs no screen space.
- Not user-behaviour analytics. It measures the network, not what people do
  in the app.
- Not a paid SDK. Publishers are paid; they pay nothing.

## Key facts

- Android and iOS. The iOS SDK (iOS 15 or later) launched in September 2026.
  Flutter, Unity and React Native plugins cover both platforms. Huawei
  AppGallery builds are not supported.
- Consent-first: the SDK collects nothing until the end user agrees.
- Wavebrook and the publisher are joint controllers under GDPR Article 26.
- Earnings depend on daily active users with location consent, and on which
  countries those users are in.
